Thirteen members of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences have been recognized for exceptional achievement in scholarship, teaching, and mentoring for 2021. Recipients must exhibit sustained, meritorious and exceptional teaching at the postsecondary level within the food and agricultural sciences. In 1994, the award was named in honor of Professor Lawrence G. Lavengood on the occasion of his retirement from the Kellogg School faculty.
