Car dealer said its aircon tube and its normal. So it would have been condensation on aircon tube. When I bought my car i had a concern or two around the clutch and BMW head office as well as the selling dealer who was 3 hours away from me, were very supportive and agreed to resolve it anyway they could if I found there to be a problem after a free (paid for by them) diagnostic at a more local dealer.
